Who came to the USA with this type of visa?

You can not imagine the problems that I have had regarding my immigration status today, but there are solutions. I have learned a lot about it, and maybe I can help with all the knowledge I achieved about this matter.

Feel free to give us your thoughts.

Juan - I am very sorry to hear that you have traveled through a rocky road in terms of immigration. I will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding immigration. I specialize in this field and have been practicing immigration law in South Florida for the last ten years. My email address is rcalderaro@visamiami.com
There are many ways through which a professional can obtain work visas or even their residency - in fact, some that are not common or very well known, but yet that are in the regulations. I would be happy to give you this information.

Saludos,

Renata Calderaro, Esq.

How might one find a job that would offer an H1-B visa? Could you help out at all with this. I am looking for any type of job for my friend who has degrees in business and tourism and he just needs something, even temporary to start working in the USA. He is from Chile.

Hi Sarah,

It is not that easy. To work legally here in the USA, he should find a company who really want to sponsor him, even if he wants a p/t job. The process takes a long time and should be done in his country. It starts with the patetion, and there is an specific schedule for this type of visas. I think is April next year. The process for tis year is already done.

Hi Juan :

I would like to know what is your experience. I am also under H1B but I am very dissapointed by this economy and think I would not find a job soon, meanwhile there is also a time limit.

Thanks

Hello Martha,

It is quite difficult to find the match of an open position including sponsorship for youur visa. However, there are a lot of Job Websites in where you can try with the specific word: H1b. In your case, a web developer, it is going to be easier, as well as they are puting the focus in this type of jobs to offer sponsoships.

Send me an email if your are interested, so I will give you a list.

Thank you Martha...
