Challenge

My name is Rob Steward and I work for LatPro.com. We built this professional network to give our members a chance to discuss issues that are important to them, while also finding others with similar careers, goals, geography, etc. So far, in just 4 months, we already have almost 2000 members. Very active members, I must say. It is that participation that is making this networking site thrive.

We’ve helped you establish groups based on your locations and professions, and I hope that you’ve been able to connect with others here. Let us know if we can help you in any way.

Here’s the challenge:

In the hopes of doubling the LatPro Network membership, I am asking each of you to invite 10 people—it’s very easy with the Invite tab and you can even use your contacts from Outlook or Yahoo or Hotmail. Take things a few steps further by making a few friends, joining (or creating) a group, and starting a discussion that interests you.

Let me know how it turns out. If every person that reads this discussion acts, there will be thousands more valuable contacts and many more resources available for your networking experience.
