My neighbor made 75 beef tamales and I had 3, first time ever home-made, they were delicious especially with a brew. Next cinco de may I'll introduce him to pasteles.

Hiram, That sounds delish!!!

We went out with friends to an authentic Mexican restaurant and I had a 27 oz Margarita. It would have been great with those tamales!

Unless it is your birthday, this is not a celebration date. In Mexico we remember a battle held with the France army, it is a working day as any other one and it is only celebrate in the state the battle was held, that means the state of Puebla.
