Looking for Distributors/Importer of Generic Pharmaceuticals in Central/Latin America and/or Marketing Agents

We (Ciron Group) are looking for Distributors/Importer of Generic Pharmaceuticals in Central/Latin America and/or Marketing Agents who would promote our products in these countries on a commission basis.

We are manufacturers and exporters of generic pharmaceuticals, based in India. under WHO- GMP and ISO 9001:2000 certified settings.

We export generic products to several countries around the globe and would like to welcome Importers/Distributors/Agents or Generic Manufacturers from various countries to jointly introduce generics in their national countries and/or for further exports or jointly manufacture products from us on a contract basis or bulk (intended for re-packaging blistering/final packaging).

Because the mexican law forces a lot of requierments to enter to the market, and they cost nearly $35,000 per product. As I see you could be working with a company who has their own brand, and will be ready to pay the studies that requieres the goverment.
I dont think that any distributor or laboratory will the proper channel to enter the market because they have their own plants.
You will nees to open a office in Mexico, to represent you, and after that you could contact the pharmacies, because the generic labs in Mexico are bring their ingredients from India, as you just to produce the pills in the plants in Mexico.
