Recruiting EMS Volunteers in Rural Areas
I am looking for effective radio advertising. Are there any previous attempts to recruit hispanic volunteers to the health care area of "Emergency Medical Serives," EMTs? We have a small non-profit, rural/frontier EMS system, in southeastern Colorado and are trying to find effective ways to recruit hipanics into the fire-ems ambulance services. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. MIke.
