Hi! I have a very important question, and i hope someone has a good answer. I might have the great opportunity to work temporarily for a US company. I would like to know under what terms could this company hire me. Basically, im going to be a temporary assistant. Altough this job is going to take place in Mexico, i might have to visit the US, for meetings and what not. The great issue here is that I am Mexican, and i only have a passport and a valid US visa. How could this company hire my services without going thru the process of Temporary Work Permission, since im going to be most of the time in Mexico? What legal way can they take, since the condition is temporary and im not going to live in the US at all? In Mexico there are certain taxes that need to be paid by the companies when they hire employees. To avoid this, in temporary conditions, mexican companies hire you indirectly as a third party worker, paid by "honorarios". What is the way that a US company can do this? I know this is no longer one question, but please! any help will be highly appreciated. Have a great day everyone!
