You think Women will be running the World?

I just received the magazine "HISPANIC", and I found this very intriguing article, but if we look over again, we can see women's in the "HOT SEAT", because when men see a very smart and qualified women the only form men's find to destroy her reputation or credibility is about or making statements that are not so relevant to her *CAREER PROFILE" we have Hillary Clinton, Paulin, Mrs. Sotomayor, not so far was the famous female lawyer for OJ Simpson, I do not recall her name right now, I think is time for the media to recognize those women's the really are enthusiasthic and inspire our new generation. It's so sad but I do not found any relevant information in the media *For The First Hispanic Nominee To The Supreme Court", everything you here was just about how to drawn criticism despite all of her success and the misrepresentation of the minority group *Latinos*. Because just talking ramdonly with females in my family I found very sad, How, Where and Why we have to stand out, and my long 20 something years here I always see not only hispanic men's or women's, but most women's left behind, for the so call gender FEMALES. Reading both Biographics Mrs. Clinton and Mrs. Sotomayor you do not find many discrepant facts in their educational background.

Yes, I think from 2005 Latin-Women are more eager to be in the political spot-light to improve our own quality of live.

There are many brilliant women in the professional world taking key positions and they have achieved many goals despite men opposition. Personally I´ve had female bosses and they manage well.
