Hello, my name is Rodolfo Barthelemy, I ama Conflict Labor Relations Specialist, inthe Airline / Aviation Industry, working as an Independant Consultant, I love just outside of Columbia, SC in the Town of Irmo.

In my specialty I develope, coordinate, and manage union labor actions, with the preperation of company specific Contingency Plans, In addition, I participate in the Collective Bargaining process, and provide support and guidance to the negotiation table.

Over the past 4 years, I have been working primeraly in Southern Europe, based in Madrid Spain. The assigbment was not only challenging, but provided job satisfaction. The assign,ent also gave my wife and I the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, and experience andsee things first hand that are otherwise only available in to us in history books.

Unfortunately the state of our economy is forcing me to closr my practice and seek permanent or contract employment. I hope that I will be able to usethis venue to network my skill sets and experience. I believe that the over 30 years of life experiences I have had in the Airline / Aviation Industry are transferable, and they will add value to any company in a multitude of idustries.

I look forwrd to our exchange of ideas in the near future.
