My hopes for the Midwest LatPro group: TO GROW! The purpose of networking is to increase advantages by building a network of contacts. As of recent our Latino (business) community is strong in the Southwest region but we are lacking in the Midwest. I Hope this network is vigorously promoted. We can all benefit from each other.

I was born in a mountainous town called Caputira in the state of Minas Gerais Brazil. A lovely region. I am enjoying the wonderful weather in Minnesota. I have a love affair with snow that has lasted since my college days. And at the moment, I am specializing in Marketing and climbing the corporate ladder in order to work eventually, in Latin American countries where I have mastered the culture and the languages. Since I took the Lord Jesus as my Saviour and Leader, I am glad to say that He has been my inspiration all these years that I have obeyed and followed Him. There is no one like Him. I enjoy the Midwest and plan to explore the state of Minnesota extensively. My favorite book is"the book", the Bible.I enjoy classical and popular music. I hope that this LatPro group will become successfull and I congratulate whoever had the idea to initiate it. Bravo!!Keep up the good work.

Where were your born?
Hello everyone, my name is Enrique Arguello, I'm originally from Leon, Spain, but I grew up in Cancun Mexico, and in Fort Wayne, Indiana, well I grew up in all three countries, I feel that I have been culturally blessed! :)

What is your dream career?
my dream job would be one where I can use my bilingual, personable and computer skills.

What do you hope to do to attain that?
Well, I've been trying to attain that from the moment I started working, I've always known my strengths and weakness, and I've been striving for the "perfect job for me" since I started the corporate life. I'm hoping that by joining LatPro, it will help me move closer towards that goal.

Who has most inspired you?
I think that the person that has inspired me the most was my Grandmother (RIP) it didn't matter how hard life got she never ever gave up.

What's your favorite book?
I would have to say, that any of the Harry Potters, Lord of the Rings, and anything of the early works of John Grisham, like the Firm, the Client, A Time to Kill, and so on.

What is your favorite type of music?
I love all types of music but my favorite bands are Mana, Carlos Vives, and Heroes del Silencio.

What are your hopes for the Indiana LatPro group?
I hope that by joining this group, that I'll have more opportunities to accomplish my career goals.

I dream all the time! Seriously, I love making dreams come true, especially in the field of Arts & Entertainment and with good business management practices related thereto.

Keep dreaming!! And keep modeling & mentoring Best Practices in my field.

My best teachers, who were just a handful of people.

Depends on the season; Chicago is interesting.
