Re-evaluate our collective consciousness for ethical behaviour

Was reading a report from the Guadian (UK newspaper) about how UBS insiders structured multi-billion dollar deals and it seemed to me to be similar to what I read about Enron (Conspiracy of Fools). The point is that people in certain positions (not just finance either...Mugabee) have a established mind-set that they can do as they please with the least regard for the negative impact on other people. At a time when the planet is getting crowded we need to all stop and re-evaluate our collective consciousness for what is ethical behavior.
