I've worked in real estate advertising for several years, invested in property and became a realtor a few years ago with GRI certification. I specialize in residential and residential income (apartments). I've found a special niche in interviewing and referring people to realtors out of my area. I think it's because of years of interviewing candidates at the ad agencies - I finally learned to match up the right people together. At least in buying or selling property! I started in Hispanic media & advertising, and I still consult in that area from time to time.
