I was born in Coahuila Mexico and moved to The States in 1965.
I have a dream career already, I own my own business and have had it for 15 years. My drive and inspirations came from my Dad, he was my mentor and guide since I can remember.
My favorite place to vist in Texas; anywhere where there is water, whether at the coast or any of the rivers and lakes.
I don't have a favorite book; however, I love to read, it is one of my favorite past times.
I like all kinds of music but my favorites are old country, or clasic country and boleros.
I hope that we can share ideas to better our own people as well as ourselves.

Hello everyone,
I was born in North Dakota, we were migrants for almost all of my childhood until I graduated high school, but now I live in South Texas. My dream job is have my own business that allows me to travel and enjoy life to its fullest. I am working on that as I am writing this. My parents have inspired me the most and most recently my son has done that too. My favorite type of music is old country, oldies, and some tejano music. My hopes for the Texas Latpro group is that it become a great place to meet new people and interact and share ideas about employment, life, and anything else.

Born in Mexico City. Studied Architecture.
Moved to the USA in 2000, while working for the Lego group. Worked for them 3 years in Mexico, then 5 years in California.
I pursued architecture since I was a kid. I have worked as an architect since 2005 in the US, and that is my career of choice.
I like all kinds of electronic music, from Europe. Live in Austin, Texas, and have only visited Dallas and Houston once.
The reason I joined this group is to network with the professional Hispanic community and promote myself as an architect that understands that architecture in Mexico is different than in the US, and offer this distinct service to the community.

I was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, a cosmopolitan city in the Caribbean coast of Colombia.

I have been living my dream career; I worked 11 years for Lafarge, a French global company; helped start operations in Mexico (lived in Mexico 3 years as an expat). I have traveled extensively in LatAm and the Caribbean and have made hundreds of friends in the Region.

My biggest inspiration was my father and my mother, they taught me to aim high and to learn something new every day.

My favorite place in Texas is Galveston. The bark Elissa in particular.

I don't have a favorite book; I like reading biographies and history.

I, also, do not have a favorite type of music although I am partial to Cuban music of the 50s.

I hope to extend my network of friends at LatPro.

Welcome to the LatPro network!

LatPro was launched in 1997 to become the very first job board connecting Hispanic & bilingual professionals with recruiters. We still lead the field, consistently ranking among the top Internet job boards. Now you can join our professional network. While this is designed for you to connect with new people who share your interests it's not for soliciting or promoting any business opportunity - please ask for clarification if in doubt.
