Moving to Saratoga Springs

I'm moving to Saratoga Springs in the not so distant future because my wife has just started working with GE. Neither of us are form this part of the world, so I have a few questions:
Are there any 'must got to' Latin places restaurants around there?
Any good job leads?
How about salsa clubs/dance lessons?
Any networking events coming up?

Any info would be greatly appreciated
