Hi Alma, I have also worked in Training and Management Developement when I was living in Cuba but I moved to Chicago two years ago and I don't know why I feel afraid to work in this field in U.S( Maybe because I have the feeling that my english is not good enough...)
I would like to know what do you do. Do you work with hispanics employees?
I have a master in I/O from Havana University and I have heard I don't need a license to work in this field in U.S. Right know I'm working as a mental health counsellor in a psiq hospital but the salary is a misery and I think i have to use my degree and to find a better job.
I would like to know your opinion about how is to work in this field in U.S and i would like to know what Companies in U.S would be better for me to explore in order that speak spanish. I really would like to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Moraima

Welcome to the LatPro network!

LatPro was launched in 1997 to become the very first job board connecting Hispanic & bilingual professionals with recruiters. We still lead the field, consistently ranking among the top Internet job boards. Now you can join our professional network. While this is designed for you to connect with new people who share your interests it's not for soliciting or promoting any business opportunity - please ask for clarification if in doubt.
