Carlos Roque is a Network Engineer with over10 yrs. of experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of local and wide area networks. His expertise includes networking concepts, TCP/IP protocol family and network security as well as PC hardware. Carlos Roque is also very experienced with firewall setup and administration (Checkpoint, Nokia and Cisco PIX/ASA), NAT, VPN tunnels and security policies development. Carlos Roque has working knowledge in routing protocols as RIP, OSPF, BGP-4, VRRP and HSRP. Carlos Roque is knowledgeable with Cisco routers, and switches. He has proven diagnosing abilities with attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
