I am an expert Systems Analyst, Systems Programmer, Programmer Analyst, Systems Administrator and Project Leader and IT Architect graduated in Computer Information Systems at Master's level and Computer Science at Bachellor's level with more than 20 years of IT related experience to offer you. I enclose my resume as a first step in exploring the possibilities of employment with any good rated IT company.

My most recent experience is like Systems Project Manager, designing, developing, implementing and supporting several drivers (in C language) to interconnect several brands of billing and provisioning applications running on AS/400, Unix (AIX, SunOS, HP-UX, Solaris and Linux) and Z/OS using sockets, synchronic and asynchrony connections, BEA WebLogic application server using Tuxedo connectors, IBM WebSphere application server using Rational tools, and Apache web server with the most popular telephonic central machines from Motorola, Lucent, Erickson, Nortel, Siemmens and Nokia. My most recent contribution was saving more than 600.000 dollars configuring our ASN1 applications to use compilers of free distribution, providing internally its support. All those activities were made to Telefonica and Millicom Group projects in Latin American Region ( Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Brazil ).

The other one is like Project Systems Leader, designing, developing, implementing and administrating an automated land-taxs system for Guatemalan Government. I was responsible for the overall steps above. This system was developed with Informix-ESQL/C and Informix-4gl on UNIX platform (IBM-AIX). In addition, I designed the operators guide for each one position, and supervised their elaboration. I have saved more than 500,000 dollars to that project in maintenance, providing it by myself.

I would bring a focus on quality and ease of use to your systems development, several years of experience like Informix-DBA, Project Leader, Systems Programmer and Systems Engineer on AIX-UNIX platforms. Furthermore, I work well with others, and I am experienced in project management with up to 600 employees.
