Hi Geraldine, is nice to know you are peruvian, Is a great country with an ancient history, and the best food in the world. I was born in Cuzco, my wife is from Lima and we have two children Daniel 28 and Sandra 24, and we are living in Walnut, close to Diamond Bar, so we are neighbors, will be nice to become friends and share: un lomo saltado, una papa a la huancaina, un ceviche, un helado de lucma, un pisco sour y una Inca Cola.

A Peruvian in California! I just saw your profile and I just felt happy reading it. I am also a Peruvian and I have been living here (the U.S.) for the last 10 years. You are a very attractive lady no doubt and you look very successful. My congrats! It is always nice to find Peruvian people who succeed in this country. It is not easy, being the language a big barrier for all of us who came being already adults. I live in Alabama and after almost five years working as an editor for a Spanish-language magazine the company decided to call-off the magazine. Now I am looking for a job --any kind of job-- but it is very hard... Argentinians have a say: "La calle esta dura" that sounds entirely right. If you have any ideas they will be greatly appreciated. Greetings my Peruvian friend and get the blessings of another one who once in a while misses the home country too.

I have also visited Lima, Peru many years ago because my family had a partnership in Lima. I was born in Guayaqui, Ecuador. I was 7 was seven years old when we moved to New York. However, we spent most of our summers in Guayaquil, Ecuador during summer breaks.
