• Over 10 years experience in operations improvement, implementation of supply chain management enhancement initiatives, Production Indicators/Metrics development, six sigma methodology implementation, and Operations Research engineering.

• Effectively designed new production improvement metrics/processes with thought leadership to identify immediate root causes and corrective action plans. Utilized data mining tools (i.e. MINITAB, MSExcel, MSAccess, etc.) to analyze data more granularly to Established critical data metrics to assess area performance and challenging goals that provided motivation to the team.

Gustavo "Gus" Barajas is an Industrial Engineer and a Six Sigma Quality Change Agent. He is currently a Senior Industrial Engineer for the AlloSource Team. In addition to his "Re-engineering" activities and project management projects, he is very active in the community serving on the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and Purdue Latino Alumni Organization Board of Directors.

Gus has an extensive industrial engineering/operations management background, which includes challenging and diversified responsibilities at Coors Brewing Company, American Express Company, Intel Corp., Medtronic Inc., Raytheon Co., AlliedSignal Inc., Xerox Corp. and Hughes Aircraft Co.
