I have managed new plant star-ups, critical turnarounds, high volume and custom manufacturing and supply chain operations with full P&L responsibility....One who can demonstrate valid strategic business planning, financial expertise and operations skills. First hand marketing experience gained by successfully planning, developing and executing the total Marketing and Sales efforts in México, India and Dubai….hands-on sales experience in the Telecom and Automotive OEM Industry.
Since 2001, have turned around three tier I automotive suppliers and a telecommunications supplier…..one of the world’s largest aluminum radiator and condenser manufacturer…..the world’s largest independent and leading supplier of cast-metal safety automotive components…..the world’s largest privately owned automotive Maquiladora manufacturer of wire harnesses and the world’s fastest growing telecom supplier in India.
With more than 20+ years of proven success....an MBA in Finance....International Companies, Automotive Industry, Fortune 200, Maquiladoras, and U.S. Air Force Officer Experience, I can bring to a company consistent growth, operational and cost-savings performance. My Multi-Plant Management experience, Business Development and Operations Management skills have proven invaluable in integrating diversified and computerized business systems. I have a successful record of accomplishment, managing these projects with a "hands on" approach, where cost containment and schedule adherence are paramount.
