I'm so glad to read your message. You really encourage me to keep my career in HR. I have a master in I/O from Havana university but I don't know why, since I'm in U.S (2 years) I don't feel enough confidence in this field and I'm working in mental health as a counselor.
I have experience designing assessment centers to assess and to develop leadership competences but I really don't know where to start my career. I'm thinking I can be very useful in those Companies that hires Hispanics employees. Do you know some of them? I'm leaving in Chicago.
