I am a married Christian man, who enjoys serving in my local church, The Living Word Assembly, Palabra Viva in Chino, California. I love to sing, play the saxophone and am presently completing my BS in Hotel Management. I have recently been awarded two hospitality scholarships, Sodexo and The Karen Marques Institute for Hispanic Professionals.

I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and can handle myself fairly well in Italian.
what is your current, past or ideal job title?
I have worked in the hotel industry for over 25 years and seek to become the General Manager of a boutique hotel.
your connection with Latin America?
I was born in El Salvador and came to the United states when I was only 11 months old. As a child my family and I made 17 trips by land to Central America. My wife is Mexican and all of our six children, ages 26 to 6 years old, are bilingual and know both cultures, and are very proud to be Hispanic.
your favorite Latin American city? vacation spot? food?
I love Guadalajara, Mexico as well as the beautiful beaches from mexico to El Salvador. My favorite foods are seafood, any kind.

I have lived in El Salvador, Mexico and the United States. I worked as a consultant for a hotel in El salvador for a two year period.
