Juan Carlos specializes in facilitating adult learning processes in a classroom environment. He has considerable experience in executive coaching, leadership development, sales training and group facilitation in the finance and banking services, consumer products, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and service sectors.

Juan Carlos provides counseling to executives, and implementation consultancy to project and line managers. He has designed, delivered and managed Corporate Behavioral and Cultural Change, Transfer of Best Practices, Leadership Development, Sales Development, Customer Service Improvement, Relationship Management, Management Development, Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Sales Negotiation, Coaching and Feedback, and Situational Leadership interventions.

Past and current assignments with own and subcontracted clients include: Abbott Diagnostics, American Express TRS Company (Latin America & Caribbean Division); American Express Bank International; Baker & McKenzie, Bancomer-BBVA; Banco Nacional de México; Black & Decker; Bausch & Lomb; Celanese, E.I. Juan Carlos has over 20 years of technical and non-technical training management and organizational development experience. Whilst based in Mexico City, projects have been undertaken in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Martinique, The Netherlands, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela and the United States. He has also been responsible of adapting, translating and conducting training programs in Spanish.

Before becoming a consultant, Juan Carlos worked in Mexico City as a Senior Training Specialist of the American Express Company (México), S.A. de C.V. and was a Sales Training Manager at Productos de Maíz, S.A. de C.V. (now a Unilever company). He also was the Operations Director at Transition and Change Management, S.A. de C.V., a Consulting and Training firm with offices in México City.

For over thirteen years, he has been an authorized independent contractor for prestigious consulting and training firms from various countries around the world. For his collaboration consulting and delivering training programs in 18 countries, Juan Carlos has received various awards for his outstanding personal contributions.

During the past five years, Juan Carlos has facilitated more than 150 training sessions. He is a member of the American Society for Training and Development since 1989, and was a speaker at its "50th. International Conference & Exposition" in Los Angeles, CA. He combines his work assignments with weekly appearances in local T.V. (Televisa-Channel 2-Aguascalientes-Zacatecas) and radio programs. His passions include his family, photography and golf.
