Thanks for answer me. My goal is after I get my degree find a job in south america or latin america but I want live here in USA. I will love do Business with them. I am really good in finances and money, so maybe I can be a broken, I will see. Have a good day.

I am a HR Professional with a MBA and a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification. I have over 10 years of experience in various HR fields as well as operations. I have always thrive for success. I have been burned with my last 2 employers in which the companies have been sold to me as growing and they have turned out to be actually declining and not financially sound. I am taking my time this time to do so homework and learned about companies, opportunities, and network with people with similar backgrounds. I would like my next work experience to be lasting and fulfilling and to use my potential to the best. I am a hard worker that had always made significant changes to the places that I have worked. I like to drive results and I am a leader. I feel I can contribute so much more than how I have been utilize. I am going for the dream job!!

I have worked for public 5+billion companies and also for private <10 million companies. My experience is that public companies and large size private companies have been better able to support a career path and more gowth.

I am looking for employment in the Human Resources field. My ideal job would be dealing with compensation and benefits in an international setting. Although I do not have a lot of experience in the international field, I would love the opportunity to prove myself in those areas. My hobbies are writing fiction, poems, and other topics. I like to design clothes and sew.
