I wonder if starting a business is more challenging than finding a job these days. I've been looking for a good permanent job for a while, but lately I have been finding only short temp contract work. It seems I not so good at the job-hunting game...

I just joined myself last night! But so far, I've made friends with a couple of professionals. I am about to graduate at UOP (being a Realtor, I decided to go back to school a bit late LOL) My main area is Los Angeles County, but given the current market, I do business in San Diego as well and if need be, I can refer the business to a Prudential office down there and benefit either way.
