Staff Accountant
A Williamson County company is seeking a degreed Staff Accountant to join their accounting department. Responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, and light administrative duties. The ability to prepare and enter journal entries, along with assisting the Controller as needed is required. This is a direct hire position for the right person. Salary range is up to $50K depending on experience.
Requirements:
* Advanced Excel skills are necessary
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
* QuickBooks Pro 2007 experience is a must.
DDE Medical Billing Specialist
Accounting Principals is seeking a Medicare Specialist to bill and rebill Medicare claims. The ideal person will have a solid background working within the DDE System, processing appeals, and working RTPs. Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of related experience. We are currently seeking experienced tax professionals to assist various CPA firms during the upcoming tax season. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience preparing individual tax returns, corporate tax returns, sales and use taxes, and financial statements for clients.
