Hi Diane,
I replied to your message from Sep 2, but I guess it went into the black hole, so let's start all over again.
I looked-up Clinton,WA, and it looks like you live in an island, wow!, that sounds very interesting; do you have to take a ferry to go to work? do you work for a Court? Anyway, like I mentioned before I am planning to relocate to The Seattle area probably at the begining of next year. My wife and I are going to take a trip to Bellevue the second week in October to kind of look around and find an area that is convenient for both of us to live in. Her name is Stacy, she was born in Tacoma and she works for AT&T Wireless. She will be working out of an office that they have in Redmond. I posted a picture of us on this page so you could see what we look like.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Diane,
My name is Jesus Araquistain, I just joined the group. I am currently taking my final classes at Southern California School of Interpretation and will soon be taking the written part of my exam to become State Certified Court Interpreter. Because of my wife's job we will be relocating to Seattle at the begining of 2010. When that happens I will need all the help I can get to find employment in that area. Maybe you can give me some pointers on how to go about it. I figure I will have to take the State court Interpreter Certification Exam for WA, and also revalidate my Commission as a Notary Public in WA. Currently I am doing some interpreting for Inmigration appointments, Small Claims Court, and other things that do not require being certified. Perhaps that would be something to consider until I can get a Court Job. I am also doing translation of documents and all Notary Services.
Please contact me either through this blog or at my e mail proserv@ca.rr.com
Thank you.

Jesus Araquistain.
