TRACK 1
I've been in the leading-edge talent business for over 20 years. I help companies and professionals to advance in the areas of Thought Leadership, Diversity opportunities, Executive Management, Business Intelligence (BI), Information Technology (IT), (CRM) and Knowledge Management. My Clients build decision systems utilizing mathematical models, statistics, predictive analytics, marketing analytics, SAS, data mining, business forecasting, merchandise management and demand planning to create a strategic advantage. I serve the retail software & IT consulting industry, Health Care, Medical, Financial and Manufacturing Industries.
I am a career manager that works with professionals at mid to executive levels, to fast-track and advance their careers. I develop and maintain career long coaching relationships and provide ongoing professional career services.
TRACK 2
I have been committed to the growth and development of the Latino Community since 1980 when I launched and ran a cross-cultural communication business -school in Mexico City and worked with professionals from all over Latin America. Today, the US-Latino Community has so much to offer all Americans, especially at the professional level. So for the last 10-years, I have been focusing my non-profit work efforts toward Latino Youth Development, helping kids and their parents to take advantage of educational opportunities to help them graduate and go to college. I also work with the public school system, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, 23 Latino churches and the Latino Boy Scouts to help give Latino kids a solid shot at accessing the American Dream. My latest work is in the launching of the MN Latino Non-Profit Leadership Academy and Centro Latino de Carreras Profesionales. At El Centro, I work with Latino professionals to advance their careers at the corporate level.
Specialties:Career management, professional coaching and full time placement. Skills development coaching focuses on all facets of the interviewing process including presentation, persuasion, coalition building, managing the offer, closing and resignation.
Community organizer, networker and collaborator. I teach diversity and tolerance along with cross-cultural communication. I am an international negotiator and cross cultural consultant.
