Ricardo,
absolutely not, I look forward to all the new friends I hope to make. Good luck to you on your move. I too, am in the process of moving. I just finished packing and all my house contents are in storage and I will be heading up to Nashville, TN. shortly and begin looking for a job.
The job situation in Fla. is not good at all and my family and I have been wanting to return to the Nashville area.
Do you know any contacts in that area?

about me
I have been in technology for over 15 years. I started out as a software engineer developing applications for the shipping transportation industry, then developed a documentation conformance database for the next generation of Advance Boiler Water Reactor, moved onto designing and developing software for semi-conductor capital equipment - wafer manufacturing machinery. After I was sent to Taiwan to support a the semi-conductor equipment, I found that what IT I learned on my own, networking Linux servers, played off when I had to trouble shoot network, hardware and software problems. One thing I like doing is solving problems and finding out why it occurs and how to prevent for raising its ugly head again. Once the managers find that my skills not were programming, they immediately commenced solving other problems and they would not let me leave Taiwan at one time. They even request to secure my passport if I needed their safety deposit box. Needless to say, I told them that my hip pocket was as secure as I wanted it to be. Then came the time to leave, however, management requested that I be their immediate contact if the account team could not address their problem.
From this point on, I decided to get into Information Technology where I could use my programming skills as learning more networking.
