Hello Robert: Thanks for your commentary on my site. I have traveled around a bit myself. My wife and 2 children are planning to go to Panamá about 10 July 2009 for about 10 days visit. I may wish to just move there is the conditions are right for us. I am 71 years old and I am just about tired of working in my private practice of Psychology here in West Texas. But I am so educated ( 4 U. degrees, & PhD in Psy.) and so experienced that I hate to give-up the contacts that I have established over the last 35 years!! So, do what you enjoy. Doc
