- Bilingual - I love to stay busy and network with new people. I am blessed to have a good group of friends. I am a loyal friend who loves to get together with friends and have some good, clean fun. I love to hear music and I love to travel to Puerto Rico. My son is my life at the moment as I need to make sure he is prepared for life now that he is a teenager. I just got laid off after 13 years with the same company and I am hoping to network and find employment in the VA Beach area.

- what is your current, past or ideal job title?
- Currently,unemployed but in the past I have held several positions with the same company. I've been a monitoring coach listening, coaching and mentoring benefit service representatives. I was also a team leader managing a benefit service center (call center), a technical advisor working exclusively on health and welfare projects for a dedicated client and finally a project manager working on standardizing processes across all client teams.
- your connection with Latin America?
- My parents are Puerto Rican.
- your favorite Latin American city? vacation spot? food?
- I am biased as I think Puerto Rico is a beautiful caribbean island but I'd love to visit other latin american countries. My aunt moved to Columbia so I'd love to go see her. I'd have to win the lottery first, though! I love to try new menu items from other countries.

- I attended 2 colleges - Lebanon Valley College & Temple University. Currently, in the works to go back to school for my HR degree.

As for networking, you're on the right track on this site. I would attend any local job fairs and join common interest community organizations. Also, create you own business cards to circulate and generate interest. Remember, no one can market you like yourself and that's what it comes down to. In unstable market one must re-invent oneself everyday just to stay ahead. I can go on and on. Hope this helps. thiAny
