Hiram, That sounds delish!!! We went out with friends to an authentic Mexican restaurant and I had a 27 oz Margarita. It would have been great with those tamales!

I'm glad to know that you're in Greenville. I recently relocated to Fort Mill, SC from Tulsa, OK... haven't made it to Greenville nor Spartanburg, yet. However, there are two more LatPro Latinas in your neck of the woods. Thanks for your tip on HISPA.... this organization seems to be similar to my vision, but it's attached to the educational system and they're very difficult to work with due to their political correctness federal requirements. Nevertheless, it's nice to know what they're doing. Anytime that you travel this way to Charlotte, please give me a call.
