My past job was as a marketing manager at an international beauty and wellness giant. That turned into freelance work with the company, where I prepared competitor reports, marketing presentations, did product research, etc. My ideal job would be in an international setting, with ever-changing tasks, creativity and room to grow.
your connection with Latin America?
I grew up in the United States, but my mother is originally from Mexico. I spent my summers here, and always wanted to move to Mexico and give it a try.
your favorite Latin American city? vacation spot? food?
I love Mexico City--it's chaotic, exciting and loaded with new things to discover. Small, off the beaten path locations such as Casitas in Veracruz are places that I find magical.
