Dream Jobs with Spanish Flavor: NYC Diversity Job Fair for Hispanic and Bilingual Professionals

The National Society for Hispanic Professionals (NSHP) and LatPro.com will be hosting a free job fair event at New York City’s Metropolitan Pavilion on May 17, 2007

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL – April 12, 2007 – The U.S. Hispanic population is now the fastest-growing and largest minority in the country, and companies who want to tap into this substantial market have an immediate need for employees with cultural insight and Spanish language skills.

On May 17th, the NSHP Diversity Career Fair, sponsored by top diversity job board LatPro.com, will bring these companies together with the diversity, Hispanic and bilingual professionals they are actively seeking in the tri-state area.

Premier organizations with a commitment to diversity will be represented, including: Aetna, AIG, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Citigroup, Eli Lilly & Company, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, New York University, and many more.

Companies will be interviewing and hiring on site for entry-level to executive positions, including but not limited to: Account Executives, Business Analysts, Branch Managers, International Health Care Planning Manager, Director of Global Benefits Administration, Senior Financial Analyst, Application Architect, Directors for New York University (Student Activities, MBA Admissions, others), and many more.

“Our job fairs have already connected thousands of educated diversity candidates with the best companies nationwide,” says NSHP’s Sandra Roffo. “All of our events are created with one goal in mind: helping Latinos to advance their careers with companies who value the unique abilities we have to contribute.”

What Past Job Fair Attendees are Saying:
“I just talked to 3 companies about positions and ended up landing interviews with 2 of them. I have been offered and have accepted a job with one!”

"Thank you very much for the opportunity to attend this job fair. I met with a wonderful recruiter and landed the best job in the world."

"The NSHP career fair was very well prepared and, in fact, helped me to land a job. Thank you so much for your help. You make a big difference in our Hispanic communities."
