International Exchange Program

In a twist of fate, I get to travel to Uruguay next semester for a cultural awareness seminar. I am ready, having purchased international health insurance to supplement my medical insurance. I also installed an ADT security system for my home while I'm gone. I have my passport and work visa ready. I have never really traveled much, and this is so far away. I am looking forward to it but am nervous too. I usually help Spanish speaking exchange students transition to our college. It will be an educational experience, to be sure, and is probably something I should have done years ago to help me understand the transition better. Wish me luck.
