Hola Ray:
Me gustaria conocer un poco más sobre la actividad que realizas, ya que el tema de la educación es algo que me interesa conocer, y tal vez podamos compartir algunos puntos de vista.

Hello Rey! thanks for your invite. I would be delighted to help out in any way, I received my minor in Spanish. My family is mexican/cuban so I was raised speaking both English and Spanish. Look forward to speaking with you regarding any opportunities.
Thanks!

Hello Rey and thank you for inviting me as your friend. I totally agree with you. There should be a much higher percentage of Latinos in the teaching profession.

Hello Rey, it's very nice to meet you. I have been living in Austin, Texas for almost 2 years and I need to start working again and I consider that networking is the best way to get back in track. I would love to be in contact with Hispanic Professionals that live in Austin so we can help each other in different ways. Hope to hear from you soon. Paty

Gratos Saludos Ray y me da mucho gusto saber que eres de la tierra del sol El Paso. I was raised in El Paso and since my move to Atlanta I can see the gap and need for advocacy for our Latinos.

I agree that LULAC is an awesome organization. I wonder if there is an office here in Colorado Springs? If not, let's talk about getting one set up here. I think it would be an incredible opportunity to put into use my love for children, young adults, and families (especially single moms like me, or moms who need a cheerleader in heading in the right direction). I'm looking forward to becoming friends. B

Absolutely! As a recruitment manager for the NYCDOE public schools I want to get the word out to our highly qualified teachers that we have 1,500 public schools and 1.1 million children and that all interested prospective candidates can go to our www.teachnyc.net website and our www.facebook.com/iteachnyc site to learn more about it.

I could not agree with you more. The need for Latino leaders in education will be in demand. It is very important that we focused on these needs to better serve students and challanges.
