I relocated to the Charlotte, NC area (Fort Mill, SC) from Tulsa, OK and find that there are no staffing agencies nor executive placement firms that provide the service required for the approximately 30,000 Hispanics in the area of Mecklenburg County, NC. The only other website that offers bilingual classifieds is "INDEED", and they don't have the amount demanded. So, there still is a wide open market for the bilingual candidates that consistently look for employment, with no informational vehicle.

I am a new member of this Network, although I've been using the LatPro's website for my job searchings since almost 4 years ago.
I want to thank you and LatPro staff for the wonderful service that you all offer to us, Latino professionals living in the US.
I actually found my first "American" job through LatPro's website in 2005.
It turned out to be a valuable working experience that caused a very positive impact in my life and career. Just for you to have an idea, I have a very good relationship with my former boss and coworkers! And we are still connected professionally.

Now that I am back on the job market, I've turned to LatPro one more time to help me find my next "American" job. This time with a higher awareness and knowledge of this great country.

Unfortunately we do not get out west much, but CO has been on my list of places to visit. Greg ran a marathon there last year so I think it will be awhile until we get there. We try to travel with his marathon schedule.
